Great book, teaches you different ways on how to work the muscle, lose fat, hypertrophy training etc, the methods used in this book are what PT trainers are thought about but what not many implement on there training style, looking forward to another book from UP & Nick

Good logical workouts, meal plan not usable unless can afford sirloin steak 3x a day and doesnt give cardio workouts
