This book, like many other osho books, gives a great insight of your inner strengths. The distinction between one living on periphery and one who is centred is "fascinating". This book in particular deals with anger issues. And teaches you to become aware of your anger. Ever since reading this book I have been able to transcend my anger, my short-tempered nature and live and think peacefully. Although you need more material to understand fully, which I got from other Osho literature.

"Osho" (Bhagwah Shree Rajneesh) was a monster to the people of Antelope Oregon. His cult members took over the town and had guns hidden all over the compound. To those who say that his behaviors are outweighed by his teachings, I suggest you 1. Tell that to anyone he harmed, 2) watch the documentary on a major streaming service, 3. read anything written from the Buddhist out Hindu tradition.

However, Osho has spoken and written extensively about anger in his discourses. If you're looking for Osho’s perspective on anger, osho would likely encourage adults and children alike to stay present with the emotions.
