Acerca del autor

Dr Shunqing Cao is a Professor at Beijing Normal University and an Emeritus Professor of Sichuan University, China. In addition, he is an academician of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts. His publications include The Comparison of Chinese and Western Poetics (1988), A Comparative History of World Literature: An Evolution (2001), and The Variation Theory of Comparative Literature (2013).

Theo D’haen is Emeritus Professor of English and Comparative Literature at the University of Leuven, Belgium, and Emeritus Professor of English Literature at Leiden University, the Netherlands. His recent publications comprise The Routledge Concise History of World Literature (2012), American Literature: A History (with Hans Bertens, 2014), and The Routledge Companion to World Literature (with David Damrosch and Djelal Kadir, 2012).

Dr Chang Liang is an Associate Professor at the School of Foreign Languages of Hebei Normal University for Nationalities, China. His research areas are related to the study of English translation of Buddhist scriptures and the dissemination and influence of Chinese literature and culture overseas.

Zhou Shu is a PhD candidate in the School of Literature and Journalism of Sichuan University, China. Her research areas are related to the study of musical art.
