This book provides an incisive analysis of the emergence and evolution of global Internet governance, revealing its mechanisms, key actors and dominant community practices. Dr Roxana Radu is a Research Associate at the Global Governance Centre, Graduate Institute in Geneva and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford's Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy, working on Internet regulation, algorithms and knowledge production in the public sphere. She is also a non-residential fellow at the Centre for Media, Data and Society, Central European University.
