“NOISE OF THE SILENCE” is a collection of poems crafted and created by the writer, with profound integrity and serenity. The book is an anthology of fanciful notions and ideas purely accumulated through inner instincts, jotted down with delicacy of heart.
Poetry is of a different world as its uniqueness is what makes it powerful. It makes one feel out of the world and brings us back to the reality of it.

QAISER MANZOOR BHAT is a 3rd year medical student pursuing MBBS from ASCOMS and hospital Jammu. He lives in the village GULOORA of frontier district Kupwara, Jammu And Kashmir.
He is highly thankful to PWO for providing him an opportunity to express his views on a broader platform.
