Her books for children and young adults include Atisa and the Seven Wonders and In the Country of Gold Digging Ants, both published by Penguin/Puffin. She was awarded for her stories by the Commonwealth Broadcasting Association in 2004, and The Little Magazine in 2006. She has also written two novels for adults.
