Emma Goldman (1869–1940) was a trailblazing anarchist, feminist, and political activist, known for her uncompromising stance on issues such as free speech, workers' rights, women's emancipation, and anti-authoritarianism. Born in Lithuania, she immigrated to the United States as a teenager, where she quickly became a prominent voice in radical circles.
