PHARMACY LAW AND ETHICS – THEORY

Mr. Rahul Bharati, LL.M., UGC-NET, MBA (HR), M.SC. (Physics), DCE has had his higher Education from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He is currently working as Head and Assistant Professor in Law at Government Institute of Forensic Science, Chhatrapati Sambhaji nagar, Maharashtra. He is designated as Class I Gazetted Officer (MES) Group- A. His research papers have appeared in many peer Reviewed National and international journals. He has been invited as a Resource person / Expert person on the topics Cyber Crime Investigation, Cyber Law, Forensic Science and Law, Digital Evidence etc. by the Police Commissioner Office and many more reputed institutions. He has authored and published an International publication book on “Cyber Law and Cyber Crime Detection” covering various aspects of cyber-crime and real life case studies which is a good treatise for academicians, Cyber Forensic experts, Lawyers and students. He has been awarded Fellow Membership (FSASS) by “Scholars Academic and Scientific Society (SAS Society, an International Society for Academics & Scientific Integration)” recognizing contributions in academics and research. He is the recipient of “Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Distinguished Faculty Award 2023” in recognition of the consistent superior performance in “Legal Studies” from Centre for Professional Advancement Continuous Education (CPACE), a Unit of IMRF, Govt of India, NITI Aayog, He is also recipient of “Philip Alston International Best Faculty Award 2023” in recognition of the consistent superior performance in “Legal Studies” from Centre for Professional Advancement Continuous Education (CPACE), A Unit of IMRF, Govt of India, NITI Aayog. He is recipient of many awards such as Global Cyber Crime Helpline Award 2021 and nominated as “Backbone of Indian Technical Academics” by Digital Task Force, National Level Best Teacher Award, 2019, Academic Excellence Award (Forensic and Law).

ANAND KUMAR, Head & Assistant Professor at University Department of Pharmacy, Sant Gahira Guru University Sarguja, Ambikapur (Chhattisgarh) [State Affiliating University]. Having 13 + years of Teaching & Research Experience. He has been serving as a Member of the University Academic Council and Chairman of the Board of Studies (Pharmacy) since 2014. He has also Conducted various National and International Conferences, Seminars, and workshops. He was awarded the title of Best University Teacher during the Republic Day Celebration. He is presently serving as Regional Coordinator for Surguja in the APTI StateLevel Region. Education: Completed B. Pharm from Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur & M. Pharm from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University, Bhilai & Ph.D. ongoing from Sant Gahira Guru University Sarguja, Ambikapur (Chhattisgarh). Life member of Professional bodies Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) & Association of Pharmacy Teachers of India (APTI). He has reviewed various Research Projects & Proposals of the Chhattisgarh Council of Science & Technology, Raipur. He has been awarded three patents and has published several Research and review Papers in reputed National and International Research Journals. He has also contributed Book Chapters to various Book Publications and chaired many sponsored scientific sessions as a speaker and chairperson

Mr. Mohit Chadha is currently working as a Associate Professor at Baba Farid College of Pharmacy. He is having very vast 9 years experience in the field of research academics. His qualification is M.Pharmacy(Pharmaceutical Chemistry)and pursuing Ph.D from Chitkara University. He has taught diverse set of subjects like Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Inorganic Chemistry etc. He has 15 research and review publications published in reputed national and international journals. He is also having 9 patent based publications and 5 Pharmaceutical Instrumental design registered under IPR( Intellectual Property Rights) , 4 Canadian Copyrights and 2 books published .

She is currently working as Associate Professor and head at Valmik Naik college of Pharmacy, Telwadi Kannad. She has 10 years academics and admistrative experience. She has completed B.Pharm from Y B Chavan College of Pharmacy, Aurangabad and M.Pharm from Yash Institute of Pharmacy and currently pursuing Ph.D from Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University Jalgaon, Maharashtra. She has published various research papers in national and international journals. She has attented more than 20 natinal and international seminars and conferences.

Dr. FARAH DEEBA (P.hD, Pharmacology, M.Pharm, Pharmacology, PGDRA,B.Pharm) She is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Sharda University. She has done her PhD in Pharmacology, M.Pharm Pharmacology. Pharm and PGDRA from Jamia Hamdard ranked no 1 in NIRF ranking 2023 and NAAC A+ accredited. She has been awarded for having a journal in high impact factor from Jamia Hamdard 2022 and the best scholar project guiding award from S.G.T University 2023.She has good number of research publications along with a Patent and a teaching experience of 4 years and research experience of more than six years. Her research interest areas are Diabetes Mellitus and the Endocannabinoid system.
