Part of the "What Do I Do Now?" series, Movement Disorders uses a case-based approach to cover common and important topics in the examination, investigation, and management of Parkinson's disease, gait disorders, dystonia, and other movement disorders. Robertus M.A. de Bie, MD, PhD is a Professor of Neurology at the University of Amsterdam, Academic Medical Center, in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Susan H. Fox, MBChB, MRCP(UK), PhD is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Toronto, Toronto Western Hospital in Toronto, Canada.
