About this ebook

Do you wish your life was like a series of Sundays, full of laughter, sunshine and idyllic moments?

Do you wish that you could work through your achievements and failures with a smile on your lips and hope in your heart?

Yes, you can have that life, and this book will show you how.

A chatty and introspective diary of sorts, this journal of life lessons by poet-author Mona Soorma leads you gently along the path of peace, contentment and self-confidence, towards attaining the life of your dreams.

In twenty short entries, this journal will empower and encourage you to turn your life around. It will show you how to win by not letting situations and circumstances play with your mind and emotions. You will learn how to sift through the stress and disappointments of life and find your happy place.

And you will do it all without suffering because you will not make the mistakes that the author made and not bear the consequences of failed attempts. Instead, you will just absorb the wisdom and the practical advice that someone else gathered the hard way through years of struggle, and get on to the fast track towards the beautiful life that awaits you.

This unassuming collection of lessons is brimming with nuggets of wisdom. The author does a wonderful job of drawing you in, with her laid back style of writing and delivery of some sobering truths. I immensely enjoyed this book; reading it felt like having a conversation with a friend.

About the author

Better known as Manic Sylph to thousands of her online fans, Mona Soorma has several books of poetry, micro-poetry, and prose to her credit.

Words have always been close to her heart. It was destiny perhaps, that brought her into the world of social media in mid-2014, where Manic Sylph was born, a name she chose to describe what she is without needing to say who she is. She began her journey with a blog of positive affirmations and wrote two books of inspirational quotes on Wattpad that stayed in the top two slots for months (and are still going strong) which gave her the courage to get published. In time she meandered into poetry, where she feels her soul has found its home.
