I found that the exercises in the book are necessary and sufficient to have a pain-free day for me. Exercises are easy, natural, fun, pleasant. But the most important is that they help. I got taller, so I even had to adjust rear view mirror in the car. The undiagnosed muscle pain I suffered for many years dissolves if I do the exercises daily. Many thanks to the authors!

I appreciated this book so much. The author shares in this well-written book how pain is so much more than a mechanical malfunction but also an essential and brilliant messenger that can lead us to vibrant health and wellness. I found it so interesting how the author uses an integrative approach informed by Integrative Chinese Medicine to help people who are suffering get to the root causes to unravel the pain to have a vibrant life.

Posture is important, simply because it's the first thing that everyone will notice. This book will help us achieve good posture so that we can be more confident and have a positive outlook in life. The author included some exercises so that you can correct your posture. The tips and techniques are simple and easy to follow. I recommend this book to everyone.
