She is a doctorate from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India and her specialisation is marketing. She has an experience of 15 years in Corporate and Academics and was a professor in marketing with a leading private university in India. She is dedicated to imparting knowledge and is passionate about research and e-content development. She has an expertise in public speaking, academic instruction, and research management. She offers an history of delivering marketing advancements and developing substantial university curricula and is devoted to creating future field leaders through education and mentoring. She specialises in Micro Branding, Sachet Marketing, Gesture Recognition, Rural Marketing Strategy, Services Marketing and Brand Management. He is an astute academician and a business expert with cognitive professional experience in finance and accounting with specialty in corporate management efficiency and performance management. Well vast and highly experienced in performance management techniques, management planning tools and control of business operations as well as corporate efficiency key performance indicators in service-oriented businesses. He is a researcher with special interest in railway system key performance indicators and transport modal services. He is a chartered accountant, business professional, mentor and a coach, thesis supervisor, and an examiner. Dr. Abioye is a management consultant with focus of professional practice in corporate governance, audit and assurance, personal finance, development infrastructure finance, and corporate finance in public service.

Pawan Kumar is working as a Professor in the Marketing Domain at Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. He has 17 years of experience in academics and research.
