I think everybody has that side, divided by the dark and the bright side. And, this book was written bravely. I could relate a lot with it. it's hard to put into context of how you truly feel and what you go through. It's even harder to share when you know sometimes it's the information that could be dangerous for someone to know. Bit of a guess work here then. But, I guess its way easier to write down so it becomes clearer to picture. Maybe vocalise... and what's better than releasing these emotions than keeping it trapped all inside? I think the author was bold and true. He encourages people to not let what you feel to get to you and let that be your final step. There is hope. There's more to explore. Write. talk to people. Be brave. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

This is an eye opener for me. I already understand why my ex became so heartless that he is really hurting me emotionally up to this day. Now I already have an idea how to handle him. Thanks Max. 💕
