I cannot believe how BANG-ON this book is with identifying anger issues. This book was enticing me to read more and more each day! So many examples of things that actually happen in my life! I highly recommend this book to BOTH aggressive anger and passive anger types. If you want to help yourself and cannot afford a counselor, this is the best $10 you will ever invest in yourself!
