About the author
Dr. M.S. Rangaraju is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer, Masters in Engineering Management from Mysore University with M. Phil., and Doctorate in Management from Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu. He is a life member of Indian Society for Technical Education. Presently he is working with MBA Programme of PES Institute of Technology, Banglore as Professor in Decision Science and Human Resource and Heading the MBA Department. Dr. S. Hanuman Kennedy, currently working as Professor in the Department of Management Studies in PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore has 24 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Training & Consultancy and Teaching.
