Ludger Gailing arbeitet seit 2003 als Wissenschaftler im Leibniz-Institut für Regionalentwicklung und Strukturplanung (IRS) in Erkner.
Dr. Markus Leibenath arbeitet seit 2000 als Wissenschaftler im Leibniz-Institut für ökologische Raumentwicklung (IÖR) in Dresden.
