Is a wonderful book, I learned a lot, is simple, easy to learn and very explicative. For a 1st level gives you security, help you with your practices and a complete guide about how give reiki energy's to another person. It has all you need to know. Very grateful that it was free, thank you, thank you, thank you, a big hug with love and reiky energy for all of you.
