About this ebook

Mindfulness is about letting go of the stress around you and finding ways of being in the moment. The latest addition to the 'Thousand Paths' series provides inspiration and ways to keep you relaxed and focused in life to feel more fulfilled. The 'Thousand Paths' series aims to help readers learn how to achieve mindfulness by taking charge of their emotional well-being and taking the time to appreciate the little things, rather than just rushing around from A to B.

This book of quotes will help you to slow down and refocus your mind, using the simple technique of mindfulness to feel better both mentally and physically.
