This book definitely builds up the storyline and is action-packed. The heroes of the series are also growing individually and as a team, even as mistakes are made and forgiven. The train scene was one of my favorites so far, and the last chapter leaves us cliffhanging for the next book, with the heroine in a pickle, so to speak...lol A good series, so far, for those who like fantasy, fiction, and adventure all rolled into one.

The writer's descriptions are very clear and easy to follow and I feel like she weaves a story with some details of back and forward, but she does a wonderful job. I enjoy reading all the books up to this point and I will be buying the next book
