About the author
Linda Bayerl, geb. Neumann, Jahrgang 1981, ist Grundschullehrerin und arbeitet sowohl als Sprachförderfachkraft in einer Münchner Kindertagesstätte als auch als Autorin für Lernhilfen. Bereits während ihres Studiums jobbte sie beim Hauschka Verlag, seit Sommer 2010, nach der Absolvierung ihres Referendariats, ist sie dort nun als Autorin tätig. Durch ihre Tätigkeit als Lehrerin und auch bei ihrer neuen Beschäftigung als Fachkraft für Sprachförderung stellt sie immer wieder fest, wie viele Kinder Schwierigkeiten beim Lesen (und auch in anderen Bereichen) haben. Sie bietet durch ihre Lernhilfen vielseitige Übungsmöglichkeiten, bei denen die Kinder mit Freude, selbstständig lernen und üben können. Gemeinsam mit Andrea Guckel schuf sie auch die liebenswerten Lesemonster Mimo und Pumo, die die Kinder durch die Leselernhilfen Besser lesen 1-4 begleiten, Anregungen und Tipps geben und durch die Welt der Lesemonster führen.
