Based on author and illustrator Scot Ritchie’s fond memories of exploring Camosun Bog as a child (he really did bring home a box full of frogs), Lilliana and the Frogs is a humorous story with playful illustrations that will inspire young readers to explore nature—but to leave it outside.
Muallif haqida
Scot Ritchie has illustrated over sixty books and written/illustrated another fifteen, including the Exploring Our Community series (Kids Can Press) and Let’s Go! The Story of Getting from There to Here (Maple Tree Press/OwlKids, 2009), which was the TD Grade One Book Giveaway winner. He is an ongoing contributor to Bark! and Write magazines, and has drawn numerous covers and editorial illustrations for everything from the Wall St. Journal to Maclean’s. He lives in Vancouver, BC—and still visits Camosun Bog.
