Life and Inspirational Poetry: Ii

As for me I am a forty-eight year old male that has been in the military and I have been abused and molested in my childhood. I have been married and divorced, and I have a son that is about nine years old. But because I was an addict and alcoholic I have never seen him, all I have is one baby picture of him. I am now fighting my demons to get my life back and to hopefully be a part of my son’s life. For a long time I had given up on life to the point that I attempted suicide several times but through everything I am still here. I realize that I have a purpose in this life and that I am where I belong at this point in time. So I say this to you, don’t give up, your turn will come to have a better life as long as you believe.
