After being torn away from her world, time traveller Max found a reality where Rachel Amber was still alive, and with Chloe Price. As time passed, Max continued to struggle to adjust. Chloe has been working in a garage, while picking up her first commission as a sculptor. Rachel, who’s a live streamer and influencer, as well as aspiring actor, ahs been offered a touring theatrical gig that will take her away from home for six months. Max met the mysterious Tristan, a young man living on the streets, who seemingly has the power to disappear at will. Detailing the night his ability manifested, Tristan explained how he saw his best friend get shot when a drug deal when bad. His friend’s final words cursed Tristan for abandoning him, even though Tristan was right there… invisible.
Later, at a party, Rachel’s friend overdosed. When Max stepped out to call an ambulance, she saw Tristan get shot by the same dealers who shot his friend. Instinctively Max reached out and rewound time. By using her power, Max saved both Tristan and Rachel’s friend, but ended up getting caught by the drug dealers. A joint effort from Tristan, Chloe and Rachel saved Max from a horrible fate. With the drug dealers brought to justice, Max made the decision to talk to Chloe and Rachel and tell them the truth of her past…
