This is the first book by Lynette Eason that I have read. I’ve owned her books for a few years, and I am so glad I finally read them. Eason is a very talented author. This book has just the right amount of suspense, mystery, and romance. The serial killer aspect gave me Bones vibes. This book has strong Christian themes. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series. I like the audiobook narrator. Content Warnings: -Serial killers -Kidnapping -Death -Kisses only -No language

Life Flight Extreme Measures #1 By Lynette Eason Penny Carlton's emergency landing on a mountain during a storm puts her in the path of an escaped serial killer. When the FBI Special Agent Holt Satterfield closes in on the killer Penny does what she has to to keep him from killing again. But as the media attention on Darius Rabor's "capture" and Penny's role in it grow - Penny attracts the attention of a stalker. Or has she? Holt Satterfield has always liked Penny and hopes for something more, someday. But when the media reveals information about Penny's past that he was unaware of he is more than a little annoyed that she didn't trust him enough to share these facts with him. But Holt has his own family secrets, secrets that he just can't reveal to Penny. Life Flight is the first book in the Extreme Measures series and it is non-stop excitement and suspense that will keep you turning the pages. As the evil that is Darius Rabor is revealed one can only shudder at the utter depths he went to. If you are looking for a gentle read this is not it but the descriptions are not overly graphic so as to disturb one's sleep. Mark your calendar this book releases on January 4, 2022, and if you are a fan of Lynette Eason or Romantic Suspense you don't want to miss it! I was provided an advanced copy of this book with no expectations but that I provide my honest opinion. All thoughts expressed are my own.
