A bit much. There's nothing wrong with giving it your all & wanting the company you work for to have a good reputation but some of the gigs are a bit too much. It doesn't help either that Maruka doesn't feel comfortable with it but for the sake of the company she follows through with it anyway, It's like Maruka's life revolves around the company she works for. An even with that she should have a limit or breaking point as to what she will and won't do for her company (cause honestly my impression is that everyone is using her & knows that she can't/won't say no which only further complicates matters). She needs a friend or someone to step in & tell her that, pleasing everyone isn't realistic & there are those that will use you just to make themselves feel better. Hopefully Maruka will grow a backbone in later chapters or something will happen and she'll actually stand up for herself or she could simply quit & find another job, whatever works best for her.
