About the author

Lewis C. Bande holds a Doctor of Laws degree from KU Leuven (Belgium), Master of Laws degree from Stellenbosch University (South Africa) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from University of Malawi (Malawi). He is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Malawi. His main areas of teaching and research are general criminal law, cybercrime and cyberevidence, international cooperation in criminal matters, criminal procedure and law of inheritance. He has previously published with Kluwer Law International and Juta. Lewis lives in Zomba, Malawi.
