Abu Bakar A. Hamid chose academia as his profession in 1992, beginning as a lecturer and later rising to a Professor of Marketing and Supply Chain Management. He holds a BBA and an MBA from Northrop University (USA) and a PhD from the University of Derby, UK. He has demonstrated an excellent record of teaching and supervision for more than 25 years in the academic field, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Above all, his achievement in graduating more than 35 PhD candidates proves his ability, capability, and passion in postgraduate supervisions. He has also produced impactful research and publications which directly strengthen his expertise in his area of interest. In particular, he has published more than 300 articles in competitive international journals, proceedings, books, and book chapters. He also managed to secure several competitive national grants and consultancies for various projects. Such commitment is truly a landmark of an academician. His accolades, academic recognition, and leadership demonstrate his level of professorship. Dato’ Dr Noor Inayah Yaakub serves as Professor at Faculty of Economics and Management, Faculty of Law and Institute of West Asian Studies, University Kebangsaan Malaysia since 1998 until 2014. She serves as a Director of the Centre for Corporate Planning & Leadership, Deputy Dean for Research Graduate School of Business, and the -rst Head of Quality, Faculty of Law UKM. She serves at Global Wisdom Centre, University Islam Malaysia. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1996 became a quali-ed Shariah lawyer. She practiced law with Messrs. Abraham & Ooi and Co from 1996 to 1998S. She is also a quali-es Syarie lawyer of Negeri Sembilan. She has more than 20 years of experience in teaching Islamic Law, Syariah and Conventional Banking Law, Takaful and Insurance Law, Equity & Trust Law and Business Law and Ethics. She serves as Member of the Board Shariah Committee at CIMB Bank Berhad and Sun Life Malaysia Takaful Berhad.
