Everything makes sense and to me this was a review. I didn't like how the author repeated him self throughout the read. i didn't like that it was a short read, being it was a short read made me feel these suggestions may not work.

Very basic.beginner style. Misspelled words.same words and language throughout.nothing really insightful. 3.99 for 46 pages on a phone. Not a good deal . it's not horrible. But not worth it and very rudimentary. Plus no real sales skills. Maybe a few...a little let down.

Really basic information,no real examples and quite a few mistakes. Good for someone who doesn't know the basics of how people behave!

In addition to writing books, the author holds workshops teaching people how to be better speakers and how to use NLP techniques to improve their communication skills in the workplace. Keanu M.
