Reminiscences of growing up years carry indescribable sentimentality. Apparently invisible, both these emotions, indescribable and sentimentality, influence everyone’s life to a great extent. The life keeps moving on with a mixed bag of pleasant and unpleasant memories. The nostalgic moments, sometimes work as fill in the blanks in vagueness. Many a time, the compulsions in life keep you on toes, moving from place-to-place meeting different people and also becoming closer to them. Even then, it is not easy to forgo and forget your childhood and adolescence period when ignorance to many challenging aspects of adult life, is innocently a bliss. ‘KASHMIR KONNECTIVITY: A BIOSKETCH’ is story of such a person whose association with others, despite the turmoil and tribulations in their respective lives, drew strength from the togetherness they shared during their childhood and adolescence. Embracing life as it unfolds, they nurture no ill-will. While the places mentioned are real, the names of real individuals have been changed to respect their privacy. The events, based on facts, have been somewhat fictionalised.
