Detectives Dan Kape and Jim Masker are also part of the task force, and theyre beginning to believe theres a link between Rogers victims and the River Edge Mental Institution from where he escaped. Patricia Neary published her first novel, Breach of Sanity, in 2012. She and her husband, Serge, have three children and reside in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada, where she is hard at work on her third novel.
