I really enjoyed this take on the other side for the Bennet household. I loved how the story followed the original Jane Austin and the different view of those well known and much loved situations. This will be read again and again.

A compelling tale of pride and prejudice from the servants eyes. With brilliant press and a no.3 on the bestseller list this is most certainly a mustread. 11/10

Jo Baker was educated at Oxford and The Queen's University, Belfast. She lives in Lancaster with her husband, the playwright Daragh Carville, and their two children. Longbourn is due to be made into a film produced by Focus Features.
