About this ebook

Dive into a wickedly smart and funny thriller from National Book Award-winning author Jincy Willett, as beloved characters reunite to solve a string of murders in San Diego.

Carla Karolak has escaped her controlling mother and founded a successful writing retreat, but when her therapist Toonie is murdered, Carla's unfinished memoir becomes the least of her concerns. On impulse, she dials an old number.

Retired writing instructor Amy Gallup is surprised to hear from her former student Carla after three years. She's even more shocked to learn of Toonie's murder. Soon, Amy finds herself swept up in the investigation as it brings her old writing group back together. But they'll need all the help they can get as one murder leads to suspicions of a serial killer on the loose.

Full of Jincy Willett's trademark dark humor, Amy Among the Serial Killers features an unforgettable cast of characters and two endearingly imperfect protagonists who must break down their own walls and let others inside... as long as they aren't murderers. This witty take on the thriller genre explores the art of writing, loss, and the publishing industry with a light noir touch.
