About the author

Jimmy is a serial entrepreneur and is the founder of “SEQUEL” and “Society of Deign Thinking Professionals” popularly called as SDTP. He is also the Founding member of Leadership Excellence, India Chapter, Harvard Square, Boston, USA.

He did learn from two failed and unsuccessful ventures of his.

With close to 23 years of experience distributed across 10 years in Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Sales and Marketing and 13 plus years as an entrepreneur in the domain of Building people capabilities, Consulting across multiple industries (IT, ITes, BFSI, Engineering, Manufacturing, Telecom and Hospitality) he has made significant contributions—at various stages of the maturity curve—for different kinds of companies, from startups to well-established multinationals.

His experience includes working at Flowmore, Fairbanks Morse, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, NIS Sparta and Adecco.

He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode; and works closely on cutting edge research with Professors at Harvard.

He is an avid drum player, a keen sports enthusiast, a long distance runner and an amateur Tennis player.
