Searching for Home

This was another romance that was sweet, but too stereotypical for my taste. Boy meets girl, they like each other. A set of triplets the girl is raising on her own become matchmakers. This was a clean, wholesome read which is always refreshing. Reminded me of the Hallmark movies that have too many love stories with similar plots. Maybe I'm getting too close to my senior years to enjoy these kind of love stories. All that to say, this is a fine story, maybe just not the right one for me.

This was an enjoyable read. The characters were real & relatable and the children were so sweet! The story flowed well and kept me engaged. It was a nice way to spend an afternoon. I received an advance review copy courtesy of BookSirens, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Meg and Luke were high school sweethearts until he took off to compete in the rodeo. While his dreams of rodeo success have come true, the dreams she had have been altered and then derailed. There are more than just three little kids playing matchmaker in this story, and it was all wonderful! Oh, this one tugs on the heart. “Happy tears where a smile always followed.” This is my voluntary review of a copy I received from BookSirens.
