Mandatory reading for anyone who wants to understand the underlying reasons behind the obesity epidemic and the host of diseases that come with it. It's not a diet book per se, but it gives you the conviction of what the problem is and what to do about it.

Dr Jason Fung busted many myths by providing research that proven them wrong. A great book if you're trying to understand more on how our body work and, of course, diet.
