LOVED this one! It's a wonderful story from a fantastic new author. Really enjoyed the writing style and the characters are deep, real, and raw. Loved how we got Luke and Sloane's down and dirty backstory at the beginning of the book with a bit of a cliffhanger from the past to the present. Five years later when Luke and Sloane are was again reunited they are two entirely different people. In Luke's case this is a good thing, for Sloane - not so much. You can definitely tell there is a lot of unfinished business between them but getting through Sloane's anger and bitterness won't be easy. You know someone is bound to end up hurt but until the very end you really have no idea who. This is one you want to give a chance. I highly recommend it.

How is this Jamie Howard's debut novel?? It was awesome. I loved it and can't wait for her next book.
