This book is HORRIBLY organized. No useful index. NO TABLE OF CONTENTS. Good luck finding ideas for chickens recipes or salads or desserts or anything else. You'll find yourself flipping through hundreds of pages in the hopes of finding what you're looking for. I'm so sorry I paid for this.
