Jeffrey Archer was educated at Oxford University. He was elected to the House of Commons in 1969, appointed Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party in 1985, and elevated to the House of Lords in 1992.

Leena Sohoni is a prolific writer and translator, closely associated with Mehta Publishing House for over 33 years. She has translated over fifty five books into Marathi including Lajja by Taslima Nasreen. She writes in periodicals, dailies, and on digital platforms in English and Marathi.
