Govind Johri Govind Johri, 68, is a fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (Mumbai), Diploma in Consumer Protection Laws, and he is a certified training need analyst and designer of training. Govind Johri is an ex-CRM UIIC and has 42+ years of exposure. He has also worked as a faculty on deputation at NIA, Pune, and director of Vision Institute of Management, Kanpur. He authored Motor Third Party Claims Management (2008). He reviewed/ revised study courses of Insurance Institute of India: Fire & Consequential Loss Insurance (2015); Fire Coverage (2016); Motor Insurance (2017) and General Insurance Claims (2022). He has published The Insurance Brokers (Campus to Corporate Journey) in 2021. He is an overseas visiting faculty having written a training manual for an insurance industry in Kenya. Govind Johri is an arbitrator, consultant and mentor. He is a member of the IIISLA sub-committee for course syllabus and examination. He lives in Lucknow with his wife, Shobhana Johri, and is blessed with two daughters, Pragya and Yukta. Er. Manoj Gupta Er. Manoj Gupta is a consultant engineer, surveyor loss assessor and investigator and consultant adjudicator. He has 32+ years of exposure in the investigation and assessment of insurance claims and has also done remarkable work in the field of investigation services. Er. Manoj Gupta has contributed case studies on various facets of insurance claims to make it a practice-oriented book.
