Zambia, also known as the Republic of Zambia, is a South African nation located in the Southern African region. Despite its natural resources and potential for development, Zambia remains one of the poorest countries in the world, with a high level of poverty, unemployment, and income inequality. However, in recent years, the government has initiated several programs aimed at reducing poverty, improving access to education and healthcare, and diversifying the economy.
