This book presents the outcomes of the Intelligent Communication Technologies and Virtual Mobile Networks Conference (ICICV 2019) held in Tirunelveli, India, on February 14–15, 2019. It presents the state of the art in the field, identifying emerging research topics and communication technologies and defining the future of intelligent communication approaches and virtual computing.
