This handbook is a unique, comprehensive resource for professional project managers and students in project management courses that focuses on the integration between baseline scheduling, schedule risk analysis and project control, also known as Dynamic Scheduling or Integrated Project Management and Control. It contains a set of more than 70 articles. Each individual article focuses on one particular topic and features links to other articles in this book, where appropriate. Almost all articles are accompanied with a set of questions, the answers to which are provided at the end of the book. Sobre o autor

Prof. Dr. Mario Vanhoucke is a Full Professor at Ghent University (Belgium), Vlerick Business School (Belgium) and University College London (UK). He teaches "Project Management", "Applied Operations Research" and "Decision Making for Business". He is director of EVM Europe and partner at the company OR-AS. His research interest lies in the integration of project scheduling, risk management and project control, which has led to more than 60 papers in international journals, three Project Management books published by Springer and an online learning platform entitled PM Knowledge Center. His research has received multiple awards, including awards from PMI Belgium and IP.
