MITSUO GEN, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Industrial and Information Systems Engineering at the Ashikaga Institute of Technology in Ashikaga, Japan. RUNWEI CHENG, PhD, is an associate professor in the Institute of Systems Engineering at Northeastern University in Shenyang, China.
