Hercules is the story of a divine hero in Greek mythology. Heracles was famous in Rome and the modern West. Hercules was the greatest of the Greek heroes. The son of Zeus and Alcmene, was a paragon of masculinity. In the story, Hera, his step-mother hates him and creates troubles so his life becomes a hell. It is due to her manipulation of things. Hercules feels morally bound to accomplish the Twelve Labors, which are virtually impossible for an ordinary human. Under the series ‘Young Readers Classic’, this book describes the whole story in an interesting manner. The colorful illustrations add to its attraction.
