A new and exciting series has begun with Hard Lines. I simply love the new characters and can't wait to meet the old ones again. Violet and Dawson are amazing together. Although Violet's stalker is the main plot of this book, the Blackstone House murder stole my attention once it was introduced. I can't wait to read the next book and unravel the mystery of what happened all those years ago. This book was simply a masterpiece!

This is the first installment of the Blackstone House series and it focuses on the up and coming actress Violet and her Bodyguard Dawson. This isn't your typical boy-meets-girl romance. Violet seems to have a dangerous stalker and that prompts her to get a bodyguard in Dawson.. But why does Dawson feel so familiar to Violet? Read to uncover more than one plot twist in a way that only Elise can deliver!!

Hard Lines is the first book in the Blackstone House Series by Elise Noble. Hard Lines is filled with humor, love and suspense. A new actress, Violet, finds that she has a stalker that requires a bodyguard. Her stalker is escalating. When Violet is abducted another actor in the movie, her bodyguard, Dawson, and couple of friends from his past search to bring her home. It is at this point that the reader learns about the murder that happened at Blackstone House. The mystery is only beginning.
