About the author

Meliha Handzic is currently Associate Professor of Information Systems at Sarajevo School of Science and Technology, a partner of the University of Buckingham. She received her PhD in Information Systems from the University of New South Wales, where she previously taught and led a research group (kmRg). Meliha's main interests lie in the areas of knowledge management and decision support. Her publications include four books and over one hundred journal and conference articles. Presently, Meliha serves on editorial boards and executive and program committees for many international journals and conferences. Prior to joining academia, Meliha worked for the United Nations Development Programme in Asia and Africa, and also has had wide-ranging industrial experience in Europe. [Editor]
