Not only one’s belongings but also one’s companions along this road find it nearly impossible to reach their destination unscathed… This high drama captures the inseparable bond between two friends, against the backdrop of the Partition.

शराब, सत्ता आणि पैसा यांची नशा चढली, तर केव्हा-ना-केव्हा ती उतरते; पण ही धर्माची नशा. तिच्यासारखी बुरी चीज नाही. तिची परीक्षा घेऊ नये, श्री....धर्म का वाईट? कोण म्हणतो? धर्म निष्पाप, अजाण असतो. माणुसकीचं बोट धरून धर्म चालतो, तेव्हा पृथ्वीवर स्वर्ग अवतरल्याचा भास होतो. पण नुसत्या धर्माचं बोट धरून माणूस जेव्हा चालायला लागतो, तेव्हा स्वर्गाचा नरक बनायला फारसा वेळ लागत नाही. पाठीशी घेतलेली चीजवस्तूच नव्हे, पण बरोबरची माणसंसुद्धा कडेपर्यंत सुखरूप पोहोचत नाहीत.... फाळणीच्या पाश्र्वभूमीवर दोन मित्रांच्या अतूट मैत्रीवर साकारलेलं नाटक!
