I love the Orphan X series, but the Nemesis story is underwhelming. Action is sparse and personal inner conflicts and musings take up too much of the bulk. Next one please.

I was not convinced by the premise of this installment. Evan Smoak's motivations that underpin the story seemed too hypocritical to be lost on the character himself; it made him seem more fickle than we'd come to appreciate of orphan X. In the end though the set pieces, the pace, the heart and the interpersonal tensions make for compelling reading, worthy of the Nowhere Man canon.

Don't bother with this one. the rest of the series is awesome, though.
