This book gives a good explanation of what reiki is and it's uses; however, it does not give good explanation on how to get started and how to actually apply the concepts. I don't feel much closer to my goals

Well to be honest i didn't even know about this healing method. I saw this book and become curious, but after reading it now i have a pretty good idea about Reiki. Interesting and informative book.

Good read . The concepts are explained in a very lucid manner . Wish they had incorporated some pictures as well .. It was successful in creating some curiosity in me and i will definitely read more and dive deep in the subject ..
About the author
Fusae is a massage therapist who received Reiki treatments to help overcome a traumatic event. They were so impressed by the physical and spiritual changes that Reiki awakened in them that she began to study Reiki herself. She lives in Texas with her husband and two daughters.
