A military man swaps the firing line for fatherhood in this “cute medical romance about second chances” from the author of The Gift of a Child (Harlequin Junkie).

Army medic Marshall Hunter has never been able to get beautiful Charlie Lang out of his head, but despite their unforgettable fling his commitment to the forces leaves no time for relationships. Two years on he’s unable to pass up one last opportunity to see Charlie again! Except the little girl playing in her garden proves that she’s been able to move on even if he hasn’t . . .

Only, Charlie has a life-changing surprise in store for Marshall . . .

關於作者

With a background of working in medical laboratories and a love of the romance genre it's no surprise that Sue Mackay writes medical romance stories. She wrote her first story at age eight and hasn't stopped since. She lives in New Zealand's Marlborough Sounds where she indulges her passions for cycling, walking and kayaking. When she isn't writing she also loves cooking and entertaining guests with sumptuous meals that include locally caught fish.
